Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund up until the time you receive your shipment confirmation email with tracking information. If you cancel after your order has been sent or refuse delivery, you are responsible for the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of £100 to £350, depending on the model and shipping cost.
We cannot intercept or cancel orders that have already shipped.
Returns
Returns are processed only when the item has been returned to us, with no exceptions. If the package is still in transit, we cannot process the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it, and the item issue must be unable to be resolved or fixed.
Additionally, the item must be in its original packaging. Only unopened buckets of standard, unmixed render are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. You may be charged the original shipping fee and return shipping fee of £100 to £350, depending on the model and shipping cost, at our sole discretion for any returns or exchanges. If you order a product by mistake, you will be charged according to this policy.
Exchange or Refund for Major Defects
Within 15 days of receipt, we provide the option for an exchange or a full refund if the product has significant defects or damage that cannot be resolved with the warranty components provided. In such instances, the customer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

Manufacturer’s Determination
Please be aware that the manufacturer reserves the right to determine whether a refund is applicable. If they determine that the product has been used or is not in the same condition as when it was sent, they may refuse the return.
If your refund is late or missing, please take the following steps:
- Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund has not been processed.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before the refund appears in your account.
- Contact your bank, as they may have processing times for refunds.
