Order Collection Policy 

Thank you for shopping with Infinity Property Management Ltd. 

Customers may choose to collect eligible orders directly from our collection point instead of using delivery services.

Collection Availability 

Collections are available during designated business hours only. Collection times may vary depending on order preparation and stock availability. 

Customers will receive a collection confirmation email or phone notification once the order is ready for pickup. Please do not arrive for collection until confirmation has been received. 

Processing Time 

Orders selected for collection are typically prepared within 1–5 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. 

Some items may require additional preparation time if sourced from external suppliers or warehouses. 

Identification Requirements 

For security purposes, customers collecting orders must provide: 

  • A valid photo ID 
  • Order confirmation email or order number 
  • Proof of payment (if requested) 

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, prior notice must be provided, and the authorized person must present identification. 

Collection Timeframe 

Orders must be collected within 7 calendar days from the date of collection confirmation unless otherwise agreed. 

If an order is not collected within this timeframe, we reserve the right to: 

  • Cancel the order 
  • Apply storage fees where applicable 
  • Return items to stock 
  • Issue refunds subject to administrative deductions where appropriate 

Inspection Upon Collection 

Customers are responsible for inspecting goods at the time of collection. 

Once goods have been collected and signed for, responsibility transfers to the customer, and Infinity Property Management Ltd. cannot be held liable for damage occurring after collection. 

Missed Collections 

If you are unable to collect your order within the allocated timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative collection date. 

Returns for Collected Orders 

Orders collected in person remain subject to our standard Returns & Refund Policy. 

Returned items must: 

  • Be unused 
  • Be in original packaging 
  • Be in resalable condition 

Any return requests must comply with our published returns terms. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items 

If your collected order is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, this must be reported immediately at the point of collection whenever possible. 

If discovered after leaving the premises, please contact us within 24 hours with supporting photos and order details.
